Hi guys!
Last night was the fifth monthly edition of my raw food potluck! These events seem to grow bigger every month, amazing!
Despite having to moving the potluck indoors because of the abismal ‘summer’ weather over here in Holland, we had a blast. Hooping, dancing, cracking open a dozen young coconuts, exchanging massages and live music definitely helped with that.
These gatherings are always a great way to meet new people, exchange stories and recipes, and nourish the body and soul with the most amazing raw food you’ll ever come across!

One of my fellow IIN classmates, Marit, brought this DELICIOUS quiche!

Amanda, bless her, brought a dozen(!) of fresh young coconuts (I’ll be cleaning coconut water from my walls, ceiling and windows for weeks to come, lol)
