I did a fast last month, when it was perfect weather here in southern Cali, and also had a very tough time around day 10. Must be some reasoning behind that?

Hoi Sabine, wou dat ik daar nu was! Na 3 maanden Australië en Thailand is Nederland wel weer even wennen; net een zwart-wit film.
Bali, wat een fantastische plek om te fasten. Voorzichtig met de apen in het bos; ze hebben mijn tante haar bril gejat. In Kuta zit een leuke Bikram yoga tent, wordt gerund door een Australiër. Als je er nog puf voor hebt nu. Er zat ook een leuk restaurantje met wheatgrass en goeie juices in het centrum van Kuta, maar ik kan helaas niet meer op de naam komen.
Geniet ervan! And btw, hoe cool is het dat je David Wolfe heb gezien, in LA notabene.
