Sabine, I can’t wait for your new ebook to be released! I’m planning on going high raw during spring/summer so your ebook will be released at the perfect time for me And I’m sooo looking forward to your adventures in Bali! Keep up your great work!
So exciting Sabine – great work! Enzymes sure are sexy little thangs.
Out of interest, is the food journal high raw or 100%?
I personally have found being 100% raw is not successful for many people because it is quite limiting in social situations and sometimes, like you said, the body does need a combination.

Same I can’t wait to hear about your Bali adventure… too bad I can’t come I don’t get a uni break till July x Lolita @ Peace, Love & Greens recently posted..Got Mylk?
Sabine the eBook sounds amazing you’re an inspiration! I’m such a fan of “listening to ones body” I can’t stand the thought of someone’s health suffering from a particular way of eating but them still sticking to it.
I personally have tried eating 100% raw (for almost a year) in the past and now incorporate more beans, grains and cooked veg into my diet. I still have the same amount of energy and feel fantastic! I think raw food is a really important part of one’s diet though xx Emma recently posted..Breaking Up with Perfectionism
Hi! I understand this is somewhat off-topic however I needed to ask. Does running a well-established website like yours require a massive amount work? I’m brand new to running a blog however I do write in my diary on a daily basis. I’d like to start a blog so I can easily share my own experience and thoughts online. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or tips for brand new aspiring bloggers. Thankyou! Jerri recently posted..whirligigs
