The candy shop.
Today’s the day we go to the candy shop.
It’s our birthday and we’ll cry if we want to. Yeah, we’ll cry if we want to.
We’re grabbing a hand full of rock candy, jawbreakers, jellybeans, and ring pops.
We say what we want, and today we make it happen. Today, we get what we want.
Why? Because today’s our birthday and we’ll cry if we have to.
Today, we’re unreasonable. We’re stubborn.
Today must be a good day then…
I wonder what your world would look like if everyday was your birthday.
If everyday you were unreasonable for your success, unreasonable for your well being, unreasonable with the quality of your relationships.
You do what it takes, you make happen.
Everyday we pass by the candy shop, will today be the day you get your treat?

My nerd-crush Mark Bittman on ‘what’s wrong with what we eat’. This is like a 20 minute crash course to the flaws of our food system and modern day stupidity about what we put into our bodies. I beg you to see this.
That’s all for today folks! Back tomorrow!
