Ik kan niet wachten!! Ik ga het absoluut direct aanschaffen zodra het uitkomt . Je mag echt trots op jezelf zijn!! Ben zelf nog op zoek naar raw cacao in de Nederlandse (biologische) winkels, nog niet geslaagd, ga het maar snel bestellen op internet. Wil natuurlijk wel gelijk aan de slag kunnen als het boek uitkomt .

Perhaps some ‘chocolate inspired’ beverages would be a nice bonus?
Wow this looks simplt amazing! The photos really pop. And I love your whole spin on the raw chocolate concept. A lot of chocolate recipes have cacao butter, lucuma, etc, none of which fit in my budget. I will definitely buy this e-book. It would be great if you added a white chocolate recipe too!
Hi Anna, white chocolate requires cacao butter so unfortunately I can’t add it to this book (since you don’t use cacao powder in white chocolate, you have to use cacao butter, which is cream-colored!).
