Nice to read about your raw results. My kraut is ready, but I haven’t tried it yet. I’m a bit scared it’s spoiled or something. How do I know it’s the right taste, or if its something to throw away immediately?! This weekend I have to give it a go, on top of a salad or something like that!
the only way of knowing is to try it! if it tastes ‘off’ it probably is . mine just tastes very sour. so cool you made it . i eat it alone though, i dont think i’d like it atop a salad but I see people do it! or on a Reuben sandwich
Though do remember it’s supposed to taste sour ( Sour Kraut )
When do you eat it then, when you eat it alone? As a snack?

I eat it before my dinners, like when I prep my food I munch on the kraut .
