Epic new e-book recipe: Sticky Hazelnut-Chocolate Crumble!
Sweet Potato Fries w/ Homemade Sunflower Tomato Spread
His & Hers veggie stirfry (yummy but way too heavy, ugh)
A very succesful trip to the farmers market: loads & loads of dinosaur kale! 3lbs (1.5kg) to be exact (€10). They mjust’ve thought I’m pretty nuts over there, hehe. My goal is to consume all of this within the week!
My new kale/superfood smoothie: 3/4 c water, 1 banana, 3 hands shredded kale, 1 T maca, 1 T bee pollen, 2 hands frozen cherries (optional: 1 T hemp seeds). This smoothie tastes SO good and gives me ton of energy!

5 trays worth of kale chips (bottom tray is garlic/thyme/rosemary flavor)
I teared all the kale in small pieces and vacuum packed it for easy grab-n-go use for smoothies & salads!
A breakfast of a small apple, homemade granola & bee pollen <3
Picknick in the park with my all-time favorite soup: pumpkin-curry-coconut!
Visiting my new lover:

I had NO idea sphynx cats were so lovable and playful! I am head over heels in love…

Out to dinner with mom & Bboy. I felt like having a glass of vino in the sun with my Italian dinner and so I did. My perspective on alcohol is shifting a little, I still don’t feel the need to binge-drink of even drink at all when I go out, but a glass of wine when I go out to dinner (which is rare in itself) felt like a treat complementing a nice meal out.
I spotted a Bikram studio on our way back to Amsterdam! (Bikram Yoga Haarlem)
Raw sushi w/ sunflower sprouts, avocado & taugé
I ended my weekend with dessert: apricots marinated in agave & cinnamon & dehydrated for 3 hours to soften and warm them, so good!
How was your weekend?
Love,
Sabine

You’re really making me want to dust off our old dehydrator and make amazing things- it was the apricots that really convinced me! And now im mad at myself for not buying sweet potatoes when I was shopping today!
oooh who is the new boy? [just assuming theres someone new because of the "his and hers" dishes]
The cat! I’ve always wondered how hairless cats felt like
Oooh, I love that kitty! Is it yours?! So cute!
The eats look delicious once again. I see you still combine raw and cooked food, love that! I hope to find kale soon, because if you can manage to eat 1,5 kg in a week: it has to be good!!
I wish! Smeagol is the kitty of two of my friends who live back in my hometown, Haarlem. God I cant stop thinking about it haha, I’m weird, but he was so cute and playful!
I’m really amazed that you found kale in Amsterdam! I live in Eindhoven and haven’t found kale since early April. I must check out the local Saturday market to see if I can find some down here.
Love that cat!
Those Bee Pollen: how does that taste? Have seen it a lot in our shop but never tried it!
well mine taste a bit sour/sweet-ish, I like it! but i dont think they all taste the same, ive heard some say they taste land, other say they’re bitter.. haha
Liefs!
What was heavy about that stir-fry?
That Sticky Hazelnut-Chocolate Crumble looks delicious, though!
Not sure, maybe/probably the mock meat, haha. or maybe merely the quantity
i want to live with yoU!
party hardy
Smeagol scared the shit out of me! Love the kale though, and same here can’t it anywhere but just wait a bit and I will have my home-grown kale.
whatttt nooooo he is SO cute you’d be amazed. much cuter than Isa actually :p. maybe i’m just drawn to geeks&weirdo’s heh.
