I looooooooooooove dried fruit!
Figs, dates, raisins, apricots, mango, cranberries, etc.
And own made dried apple!
I lived of dried fruits in Turkey.. But I wasn’t sure until now if they were so healthy to eat.. If I have a need for sweet dried figs always do the trick.. They are soooooooooooo goood!
Especially if you cut them open and stuff them with walnuts.. Amazing!
Haha, amazing to see that everyone’s so crazy about dried fruits! I think dried fruits are ok, but because they are so sweet mostly, I’d rather eat fresh fruit. I hardly ever add them to salads or things like that: it’s just to sweet. As a snack I think they are ok. Haha, I think I’m weird for not having that sweettooth (anymore) everyone is talking about!
